Dwayne has served in youth ministry for over 25 years in several different capacities including 8 years as a youth pastor here in Georgia and the last 10 years at Sharon with the recreation ministry. Born and raised in South Florida, he moved to Henry County Ga in 1999.

He is married to the amazing Sheri McClelland. She is a high school english teacher at New Creation Christian Academy and he has two wonderful children that attend New Creation, his son Jonas (15) and daughter Eliza (12). As a hobby Dwayne has officiated several sports and coaches high school basketball.

Micah Godsey is an alumnus of Georgia Southern University and Ola High School. Micah has a love and passion for the McDonough area and the people there. He has coached soccer at every level from youth to college, and played for years. Micah received his degree in Sport Management with a minor in business. In college he worked as a Club Sport Supervisor working with 26 different sports teams, while also being the soccer referee clinician for intramural sports.

Micah has a passion and love for Sharon Church. Ever since in 2005 when his family started attending, Micah has been involved from elementary through his adult life. Micah came on staff full time at Sharon Church in March of 2021 as the Middle School Youth Pastor, and in June of 2022 takes on the role of Assistant Director with Crossover Sports. Micah has a love for Jesus and using sports to further His kingdom. When you don’t see Micah working he is either at a sporting event or at the movies.

Daryl Sanders has been on staff at Sharon Church since 2000 and is currently serving as the administrative pastor. He is married to Tammy and together they have two incredible teenage boys, Heath and Brady. Daryl enjoys sports of all kinds–watching and coaching–and has a goal of visiting all Major League baseball parks.
